Application of flame retardant coating materials in high-voltage cable joints

At present, the intelligent power grid project is flourishing, and the construction of distributed power stations is also vigorously promoted, which puts forward higher requirements for the electrical safety performance of high-voltage cable joints. The original conventional coating materials can no longer meet the higher performance requirements of flame retardancy and voltage breakdown resistance.

Therefore, our company has newly developed a high-performance flame-retardant coating material: LLD303V0P, which has good toughness, impact resistance, excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. It can not only meet the UL94 V0 flame retardant requirements, but also pass the breakdown test of 40KV DC voltage for 1 minute.
